Sales Account Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business development as a hunter and possesses strong IT staffing sales experience. The ideal person for this role is highly driven, self-motivated, has outstanding client presentation abilities and has superior communication and interpersonal skills. This dynamic position encompasses the full-cycle sales process.
- Research and analysis of business opportunities, assessing potential markets.
- Generates new sales revenue through cold calling and networking.
- Develops deep and qualified sales pipeline.
- Meets weekly with client managers and employees to determine new business opportunities and to maintain any existing relationship.
- Establishes ongoing relationships with external sales channels.
- Becomes familiar with all sales and marketing collateral that may be appropriate to a prospect or a proposal.
- Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning.
- Initiates proposals, negotiations, and presentations.
- Tracks and organizes, electronically, new and existing client information including contact information, meetings, contract changes, concerns, and new consulting requests.
- Provides weekly written status reports to TransTech management.
- Communicates with direct supervisor on a regular basis.
- Accountable for defined weekly Sales metrics.
- Accountable for monthly, quarterly and year revenue and profit goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of consultative sales experience; preferably including staffing industry experience
- Verifiable track record of sustainable business development performance in the form of previous achievement clubs
- Willingness and ability to take accountability and ownership of your work product
- Strong sense of urgency
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and a positive image to your role
