Gold — For those clients who want to know they have unlimited help desk and remote support, the Gold Plan is an excellent choice. These clients have immediate access the full Mother team remotely without any additional charges. This is perfect for an operation that has a higher number of unsophisticated computer users yet is dependent on IT. The services include provides Monitoring, Patch management, AntiSPAM, Asset Management, IT Administration & Management, Strategic Services, and unlimited remote support.
Platinum — If you never want to worry about anything related to IT, and have a full service IT department, local and remote, the Platinum Plan is for you. All aspects of support for your infrastructure are provided in this plan. Whether it is strategic help in developing your IT budget, resolving a server problem, or helping a user with a spreadsheet issue, the service is one rate, every month. We manage all your IT operations and provide a turn key solution for every IT need you have, all for one monthly price.
