Mary K. Davenport – President & CEO

Mary is our beloved commander in chief. She leads TransTech with a delightful sense of humor and unshakable focus. Mary’s role includes managing sales and client accounts as well as overseeing all hiring decisions and day-to-day operations. She also is heavily involved in developing strategies to ensure top notch results and client satisfaction. In addition to taking care of her two kids and adorable dog—who occasionally visit the office—Mary is a philanthropist with several local and national charities. She is the President of TechServe Alliance’s Midwest chapter.

Mike Alaimo – Senior Vice President – People Sourcing

Mike has been with TransTech for more than 10 years. Energetic and unflappable, Mike brings innovation to TransTech in an ever-changing market. He is responsible for developing and overseeing TransTech’s recruiting process and training of new employees. Outside the office, Mike loves to spend time with his wife and two sons, and supports several major charities. He also is the Vice President of TechServe Alliance’s Midwest chapter.
