A large healthcare organization was challenged with meeting difficult go-live dates set by the federal government to launch a new method of healthcare delivery, which necessitated showcasing and selling their products in a competitive and open retail market. One of the big four consulting firms was hired to help with the project, but encountered challenges. These challenges presented substantial risk to the client. TransTech was asked to present Business Analyst candidates who could adapt and flourish in an environment with aggressive schedules using Agile/Sprint. The key to the project success was to ensure all consultants had Agile experience and the mindset to work on frequent and rapid interactions. The client would also consider a Scrum Master who could demonstrate their capabilities in producing user stories in two week iterations.
TransTech was able to build out a team of eight business analysts in a short amount of time for the client. The consultants were able to facilitate large and small group meetings and work with the business to understand the needs being driven from a business as well as technical perspective. They were true team members and considered hands-on business analysts. They needed to be true team players.
